After talking with Eric Hunley a couple weeks ago, I've really started thinking about The Constitution For The Internet. It was an interesting thought experiment that always popped up just a little too late (I'm often like that guy in the old VW commercial), but it's still worth discussing. Since it's about five years old at this point, I think it will be worth a total revisit, and maybe a rewrite. What started as a bit of a meme and maybe a bit of a clout-chase ended up being one of my biggest frustrations, but if there's value, then it's worth a look. So here is the original document. I don't have any of my previous commentary anymore, but in the coming weeks there will be a considerable amount of new commentary along with some possible rewrites.
