I've been playing with Chat GPT for a while now, creating the 2 Truths and AI segment, and I have to say, it's not actually that great. I've run it through a few stories in addition to the Reddit segments, and all in all, the system actually doesn't spit out complete work. In fact, the more detail I put into a prompt, the more effort I have to put into cleaning up the final result. Between continuity errors in 500 word stories (yes you read that right) to a flat out lack of understanding of how the world works. It has the mind of a 13 year old when it comes to dealing with facts and the way it conveys information is entirely soulless and full of shit.
Part of the problem obviously comes from the extreme censorship put in by the programmers, that remove the realistic language for fear of offending the weak minded pussies on the internet. Part of it is also the fact that the programmers put in their own insane left wing biases and made the bot think it's objective truth.
At the time of writing this, I have used Chat GPT to generate 14 2 Truths segments. I prep them and then leave them so that my reactions are closer to a first time when I record. I know which is which, and I remember the stories once I start reading them. The one thing that's consistent is that the AI stories are invariably boring. Also at the time of this writing, no videos have yet to release, so I don't really know if my biases are showing here, but I genuinely wonder how difficult of a time viewrs are going to have being able to tell which is real and which is AI generated (even with my edits). We'll see I suppose.
Today I decided to ask Chat GPT something new so we can break down the problems I've experienced with the model. Here was my prompt:
Please explain to me why your responses are so dull and soulless. Use at least 300 words but no more than 700 words. Be honest.
